Here are Sweet Girl's tot trays for this week. No particular theme in mind, just a bunch of random ideas I had. I know she will love them because most of them have "little things" to go along with them!!
Shape patterning
The patterning strips are from COAH. She has tons of ideas and amazing printables on her site!!
Tonging starbursts
Land vs. sea sorting
Counting mini farm animals
Big vs. little bear sorting
Fish matching
Clothespin color wheel
This great fine-motor and matching idea is from Allie over at No Time For Flashcards!
Hope you have a great week!
Love these ideas! Thanks so much: )
ReplyDeleteJust found your site and am now following. This idea is perfect for my little ones. Thanks for all the links!

I love these ideas. How old is your daughter? How much help does she need with the tray activities?
ReplyDelete@Amy...my daughter is just a few days shy of 2. The level of help she needs definitely depends on the activity. For the trays pictured above, she can complete them by herself except for the land vs. sea tray. I did that one with her at first just so I could explain how to sort them. After I explained she was able to complete it one her own. She still has some difficulty with the fine motor activities (tonging, pinching clothespin), but I keep putting them out for her so she can practice. Some days she will give them a try and some days she won't. I never push her to complete any of the trays, but sometimes I will try to make a game out the tray so it is more exciting to her. Feel free to email me if you have any more questions! stephaniebeeson(at)hotmail. com. :)
